Improving the... Bread. In Ribatejo there will certainly be homemade bread, corn and wheat slices to transform the bread basket into an appetizing picnic along with the excellent olives and sheep's cheese that we find on the table when we sit down.But the experience was just beginning and it wasn't for the bread that I came here...Fried eels, cooked just right. Excellent protein. I drove 100km but it was worth it.Grilled cuttlefish. Small but well-roasted and seasoned just right.Fried fataça. Excellent. You always want more!Roasted fataça, already prepared in a mild marinade sauce. Perfect texture. Absolutely fresh. Roasted for the right amount of time and with the right seasoning.To finish.Molotof puddingEgg puddingHomemade desserts masterfully prepared by someone who knows what they're talking about.Excellent coffee to finish.On the way out, we sat at the tables outside to enjoy the delicious landscape.I recommend this place.One of my favorite places, hidden in nature but very popular for its gastronomic art!
